We had a good stay in our recently renovated room at Motel 6-Kennewick, Wa - Tri-Cities. It was pet-friendly and equipped with a coffee maker, pot, and refrigerator. The location is convenient, being a short walk away from the police station and stores, and situated in a fairly nice area.

The first room I went into was extremely dirty and they switched me finally at midnight and didnt give me a discount or anything and had the nerve to ask me to be quiet as I moved rooms

too much deferred maintenance. First night no sleep due to dripping tub and sink faucets. Had room changed and still had dripping tub faucet and when I went to turn on water, fixture starts to pull out of wall...Rm 337 first and 300 second very noisy and hard to get in and out when Dairy Queen drive thru was pouring out in to street...also no cups in room

The place is clean and the room is recently renovated. The staff is really helpful. Perfect location next to many stores, diners, restaurants, and a grocery store. The hotel provides a free and nice breakfast. Reasonably priced.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kennewick! The location was great, with fast food joints like Dairy Queen and McDonald's nearby, just a 10-minute drive away. The room was pleasantly updated and had some cool old furniture that was not cheap. For the price point, it was a great deal. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is in need of serious updating! The rooms are very small and dark, and totally lacking in aesthetics. The room ceiling looked like it had suffered multiple leaks over the years; the room was seriously lacking in electrical outlets; the air conditioner was VERY loud, but, still did not cover up the noise coming from what appeared to be a truck stop outside; the included breakfast was awful - coffee was undrinkable and the items offered were stale, even at 8:00 a.m. There was not enough staffing to maintain the breakfast area, based on the number of people entering the area. The staff was very nice, but, the facility was definitely a "1" on a scale of 1 to 10, with "1" being the worst.
